Understanding the approval workflow

Every AI-generated post starts as a Draft. When you or a team member submits it for review it moves to Pending Review. A reviewer can Approve (→ Scheduled) or Reject (→ Archived) from the Approvals panel. If AUTO_PUBLISH is enabled by an org admin, posts from GitHub webhooks skip Pending Review and go directly to Scheduled. Published posts cannot be edited; clone them to make a corrected version.
