Reading the trend lifecycle (green/yellow/red)

Each trend card shows a colour that reflects its momentum: Green means the topic is growing (mention count up >10% in 24 h), Yellow means it is stable or plateauing (±10%), and Red means it is declining (down >10%). The growth percentage is calculated by comparing the current 1-hour mention count to the same metric 24 hours ago. Green trends are the best time to post; Red trends are winding down.
